In case any new or amended terms take effect in the middle of a subscription, the user will be notified and will have option to cancel the subscription with a pro-rated refund. Datanet India Pvt. Ltd, the owner of Indiastat.com and its associate sites reserves the right to accept or cancel any subscription without any prior notice. In such case, the user will be refunded the subscription fee for the balance period on pro-rate basis. The renewals are made on the prevailing terms only.
- Any disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration of a sole arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Govt. of India. Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Mumbai (India) and shall be conducted in the English language.
